Gospel Truth – No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy

At Gospel Truth, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this production method, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. Each item is produced individually, so we cannot restock or resell returned items.

2. No Size Exchanges

We do not offer size swaps or exchanges.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We cannot replace or refund items if:

• The item doesn’t fit

• You ordered the wrong size

• You changed your mind

3. No Returns for Buyer Error

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

• Colour expectations

• Preference changes

• Ordering by mistake

Please double‑check your details before completing your purchase.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description

If verified, we will replace the item at no cost.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Delays caused by the courier

However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.

6. Made‑to‑Order Production

All products are printed and fulfilled individually. This ensures premium quality but means we cannot accept returns for non‑defective items.
