Order Processing Times

All Gospel Truth products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Made‑to‑Order Production

All items are produced individually when your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot modify or cancel orders once production begins.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Gospel Truth is not liable for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Delivery delays

• Carrier errors

We will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related issues.
